It’s not just about having kids, but also navigating if you don’t want them. “Family planning” is an umbrella term that covers all the services that go into planning the number of children you want to have, even if that number is zero.

I offer referrals out to specialists for tubal ligation consultations. While I can certainly talk to you about what to expect and whether tubal ligation is an option for you, I do not perform the procedure myself, so you will still need to meet with your surgeon for a full consultation.
